Code looks fine and interactions function well.
I noticed a bug with removing previous/next steps, but it's not related to this PR - we will fix it on another branch.

Summary
This PR migrates the buttons and links in the Edit Resource > Related tab from Vuetify components to Kolibri Design System (KDS) components as part of the larger Vuetify removal effort (#5060).
Important
The Finish Button is not updated as per #5375 (comment)).
